Whimsical Zaney Face Mugs are sure to be a hit. Created in the Folk Art style of the Ugly Face Jugs, this whimsical take in mug form is a crowd favorite. These mugs are designed for right handed coffee drinkers and without cigars. All Mugs are made from durable stoneware and are fully functional being microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe.  This is a nice size mug measuring approximately 5” High by 3.5” Diameter.  All of these pieces are handmade by Zane Kuhle himself in Florida.

Potter Zane Kuhle began creating stoneware pottery in 1988 on the back porch of his home. As a self taught potter, he was greatly influenced by the folk art styles and colors of pottery from the Carolinas. He took an 8 year hiatus from potting to raise his children, and is now emerging as a new and rejuvenated potter in the area. He offers classes and open studio memberships for potters. He is best known for his Face line of pottery (Sometimes called “Zaney Faces”), which is his whimsical take on the “Ugly Face Jugs” that emerged in the 1800′s. His line of pottery is sought after nationwide, and new items will be added often as he is constantly creating new pieces to add to the collection.
