Inspired by our friends who live in Japan, this is a delightful facial and body bar.  Kiyoi means clarifying, purifying, and cleansing which completely describes this line.  For those who would like a clarifying bar, but don’t necessarily care for the scent of tea tree, this is for you!  Lemongrass is toning and clarifying, and clary sage is balancing and has a earthy bold scent that compliments the lemongrass beautifully.  Added is a touch of patchouli and clove, which brings East and West together in a magical way for your skin’s pleasure!

This soap contains saponified rice bran oil, organic palm oil, organic coconut oil, organic unrefined fairly-traded shea butter, cocoa butter, lemongrass, patchouli, clove and sage.

We make our bars using the cold-processed method with a special vegan formula that we have tested and everyone loves. They are made without preservatives to bring you the purest formulation. We use rice bran, organic coconut, organic palm with a large portion of fairly traded organic unrefined shea butter for added creaminess and emoliency, and cocoa butter for moisturizing and hardness.

It is important to keep your soap high and dry between uses. All soaps will dissolve and become mushy if left in a puddle of water, or if left in the path of the shower spray. Handcrafted soaps need to be able to “breathe” on all sides.

We are very proud of our unique blends. We do have some classic one-note fragrances, but we are excited to offer you one-of a-kind blends we have created ourselves. Each bar will also have its own individual, unique characteristics. No two batches are exactly the same, and no two soaps within a batch are exactly the same. Think of it as part of the “charm”!  I like to call it “Artistic Alchemy”. Each bar is cut at between 4 and 5 ounces.
