I just love these little critter cutting boards.  Each one is unique and handcrafted in upstate New York.  You can use them for cutting boards, for cheese boards or serving trays.  They’re so cute, you can even hang them on the wall.

All of the edges have been rounded over, both sides are sanded smooth, then coated with mineral oil.  When you wash these, don’t soak  them.  Just a quick wash and dry is all it needs.  You can smooth some mineral oil over them once in a while to keep them nice and fresh.   Don’t use vegetable oil or they could get rancid.  Both sides of the cutting board can be used, or you could add a picture hanger on the back and hang it on your wall.
